- You can use the whole site with a keyboard, and it works on phones as well as computers.
- Lilka hasn’t been independently audited yet. Some parts may not fully meet the standard.
- Tell us about any problem at accessibility@lilka.co.uk and we’ll reply within 5 working days.
1Our aim
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA, the standard most UK organisations work to. We test as we build and fix problems when we find them.
2What already works
- You can use every page with a keyboard. A clear outline shows where you are.
- Form fields have labels. Errors say what went wrong and how to fix it.
- Your booking summary and the ticket total are announced to screen readers when they change.
- Images that carry meaning have descriptions.
- Pages adapt to phone screens without sideways scrolling.
- If you’ve asked your device to reduce motion, animations are switched off.
3Known issues
- We haven’t yet tested every page with a full range of screen readers.
- The calendar on the booking page may be harder to use with screen magnification. You can also book by contacting the business directly.
- Some event photos are chosen by organisers and may not have good descriptions.
- Door staff check tickets by QR code. If you can’t show a QR code, they can find you by name or order reference instead.
4Access at events
Organisers are asked to describe access arrangements on each event page, such as step-free entry, accessible toilets and seating. If anything isn’t clear, contact the organiser through the event page before you buy.
5Tell us about a problem
Email accessibility@lilka.co.uk with the page you were on and what went wrong. We’ll reply within 5 working days. If you need information in a different format, such as large print, tell us what would help.
